Gene
The hotel had a charming and elegant decor, which made me feel like I was staying in a grand old mansion. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with conveniently placed handrails in the hallways and elevator for extra support.
It would have been even better if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Old hotel with very few guests. Given the few amount of guests, the staff did not even clean the tables during breakfast. The room provided was very smelly and was again old (eg old blankets and old carpet). Luckaly, it was clean.

It was just 1 mile from Astrid Park. We loved everything about the hotel : rooms and the food: )

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium as it offered meeting facilities. The meeting room, measuring 161 square feet, was adequate for our needs.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or workspace.

Good situation: close to the city centre and close to the motorway
Shower was a bit "old" ans staff were Ok but not particularly friendly...

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to the city's main points of interest and excellent transport links. It's like being at the center of a well-connected transportation spiderweb. The rooms at Hotel Prince de Liege are soundproof, providing a peaceful and quiet environment for a good night's sleep. You won't hear a peep, even if the neighboring rooms decide to have a karaoke party.
Minor issue: One bulb in the room didn't work. But hey, who needs a disco when you can create your own intimate ambiance with one functioning bulb?

As young holiday goers, we loved the secure car park at Hotel Prince De Liege. It was convenient and meant we didn't have to worry about unloading our belongings from the car.
Everything felt cozy and we had no complaints at all.

The gentleman at the reception was willing to give me a better room for my second night, he was nice, but the hotel was simply too bad, so I decided to leave and did not stay the second night I had planned to.
The room was really filthy. The TV had only french and dutch channels due to a technical problem. In the middle of the night a group of young Italians made a lot of noise. The bathroom had no real door and the basin was tiny, the carpets, heatings ant the bit of furniture were in a terrible shape, the curtains black, because so dirty, There were not enough blankets and the materass was too hard. In the breakfast room the radio was too loud. The location is too far away. You have to take quite a few bus stops to reach the metro and then travel a lot of stops.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a decent room. The location was perfect for my visit, being just a stone's throw away. The staff at Prince De Liege were friendly and treated me well throughout my stay.
The morning meal could have been better with more variety and options to choose from.
